Sue Gilbert is available to present her film, answer questions, and lead discussions based on Beyond Greenaway about the implications of affluence, both culturally and personally. Participants from all backgrounds are encouraged to share their views in a non-judgmental environment, examining their inherited belief systems about money, entitlement, power, work, class, philanthropy and self-identity. She can tailor the discussion to any group or class she is working with. Participants come away with a clearer sense of their values around money and of the legacy they wish to model for future generations.

Thank you so much for the extraordinary job you did presenting Beyond Greenaway at Phi Theta Kappa’s 2009 Faculty Scholar Conference… Thanks also for the incredible care you took to learn about our Honors Study Topic and to tie it in so thoughtfully to your beautiful film. The film itself and your skillful facilitation of the discussion afterwards was the talk of the conference.
- Susan Edwards, Director, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society
Sue shared her personal story in a very interactive, educational way that was very engaging. She raised issues of wealth, class, work ethic, philanthropy and family dynamics that really resonated with our audience.
- Karen Emanuelson, Meeting & Events Manager, Family Office Exchange
Sharing her family’s unique experiences and perspectives. Sue Gilbert tells a fascinating story filled with interesting individuals who live in a world of rare privilege. Where many people in her position prefer to hide while the rest of the world harbors preconceptions, Sue bravely and meaningfully fosters understanding across class and other divides.
- Lance Rhoades, Program Director, Mercer Island Arts Council Classics on Film
I thought the film was both well done and entertaining while opening a door that can lead to discussing issues most of us are uncomfortable with.
- Michael Ocrant, Conference Director, Institutional Investor
The event was a real success. I was surprised how many people were willing to share their personal stories… I’ve been to MANY events at Emma Willard and I can think of few others where people were so engaged.
- Michele Susko, Director of Major Gifts, Emma Willard School
It was wonderful to be a part of that gathering; you are doing important work with the film and the discussions.
- Mags Conant, Emma Willard School ‘67
All the faculty scholars that I talked to were raving about your film…
- Judy Hensley, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society
